We are looking for a talented Account Executive that will educate, communicate, and advocate for our Realtor members.


This is an opportunity to be a part of Ohio’s largest Multiple Listing Service. MLS Now’s Education Department is looking for an instructor who is relational, insightful, and experienced. This individual will be passionate about the quality of our educational content, communications, and support that reaches our 14,000+ members.

In this role, you will be interacting daily with our members to teach, troubleshoot and aid them using our multiple listing software. You will direct and engage membership with on-site visits to their offices, instruct them in our on-site educational facility in Independence, OH, as well as to conduct and manage distance learning opportunities. Additionally, you will manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and provide online MLS software assistance to our membership. You will need to be able to work independently as well as coordinate with a team of other Account Executives.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school. Minimum of 5 years training experience and customer support experience. Computer experience to include Windows and working knowledge on a variety of software programs like Microsoft Outlook and Office products. Preferred 2 years instructional design experience.
