We are looking for a talented Quality Assurance Coordinator that will help MLS Now provide accurate and timely data to our Realtor membership.
This is an opportunity to be a part of Ohio’s largest Multiple Listing Service. MLS Now’s Quality Assurance Department is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator who is driven, meticulous, and experienced. This individual will be passionate about the quality and accuracy of the database, communications, and support services provided to our 14,000+ members.
In this role, you will be assessing data and monitoring our system integrity and accuracy. You will help perform audits, issue correction notices to members, and issue warnings and sanctions (where appropriate) using our automated MLS Data Checker. Additionally, you will manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and provide MLS Rules and Regulations assistance and guidance to our membership. You will need to be able to work independently as well as coordinate with a team of other Quality Assurance Coordinators. This position reports to the Quality Assurance Manager.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Processing information, corrections, and/or changes to listings within our computerized system.
- Coordinating listing entries, corrections, and changes from participant offices, where needed.
- Authorizing the issuance of sanctions to participant offices, when appropriate.
- Similar duties given intermittently, when assigned by the Department Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be proficient in the Windows Operating System, Microsoft Outlook, and reasonably proficient with typing; must be able to type at least 50 words per minute. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Minimum of high school graduate/GED. Preferred 2 years’ experience in real estate industry and/or customer service.
