Greetings Yes-MLS Members and Friends!

As Summer rolls along more States are opening up after a long season of COVID-19 closures. While many businesses have suffered, real estate in Ohio has held up fairly well, thanks in large part to the Governor’s decision to make it an essential business. While we are not completely out of the woods, each day seems to be a little better. Yes-MLS has remained fully staffed through the entire COVID-19 episode. Our offices are open to members via appointment only for now.

Yes-MLS held its first ever Agent Forum on June 29, 2020 via Zoom. Between the live stream and the recorded program, over 500 Yes-MLS agents were able to participate in the Forum. During the Forum, CoreLogic announced the launch of an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven platform to change the home buying experience called OneHome. Yes-MLS received it on June 30, 2020. It was an honor for Yes-MLS to lead the Nation on launching OneHome. Many other MLSs have already lined up to launch it in their market.

Like many other organizations, Yes-MLS has fully embraced virtual meetings and educational programs. We also realize that they can not fully replace in person gatherings, and we have begun to include those on a limited basis, with all health and safety provisions being adhered to.
