Overview:
This is an opportunity to be a part of Ohio’s largest Multiple Listing Service. MLS Now’s Quality Assurance Department is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator who is driven, meticulous, and experienced in the areas of operations policy and procedures, and compliance with an established set of rules. This individual will be passionate about the quality and accuracy of the database, possess the ability to provide concise, clear communications in both written and verbal formats, and excel in providing support services to our 14,000+ members.
In this role, you will be assessing data and monitoring our system integrity and accuracy in compliance with MLS Now rules. You will manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and provide MLS Rules and Regulations assistance and guidance to our membership. Additionally, you will perform audits, issue correction notices to members, and issue warnings and sanctions (where appropriate) using our automated MLS Listing Data Checker (LDC). You must be able to work independently as well as in coordination and conjunction with our other Quality Assurance Coordinators. This position reports to the Senior Quality Assurance Coordinator.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Process information, corrections, and/or changes to real estate listings within our computerized system.
- Effectively communicate and implement rules verbally and in written form.
- Coordinate listing entries, corrections, and changes from participant offices, where needed.
- Authorize the issuance of sanctions for violation of rules to participant offices, when appropriate.
- Other similar duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Minimum of high school graduate/GED and at least 2 years’ experience in customer service. The preferred candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in the real estate industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30,000.00 – $35,000.00 per year
