(The broker or the primary appraiser must join MLS Now before their affiliate agents/appraisers can receive the Service.)

If you are a real estate agent or an appraiser and your broker or primary appraiser is already a Participant of MLS Now, click here.

Eligibility: To Provide cooperation, collaboration & communication between MLS Participants & Subscribers. Cooperation is the obligation to share information on listed property and to make property available to other brokers for showing to prospective purchasers and tenants when it is in the best interests of their clients.

Each real estate broker or appraiser must complete an application for Participation, and all other noted required paperwork. Prior to the completion, you must read and understand the Rules & Regulations of MLS Now and agree to abide by these and other Rules, Regulations, and Bylaws as may be adopted from time to time by the Board of Directors.

Click here to access the Rules & Regulations. The Bylaws of the MLS Now will be included in the Participant Packet received by brokers, once membership is approved.

Participants will be charged semi-annual dues, and each real estate licensee and licensed or certified appraiser affiliated with that Participant will be charged dues. The Participant is ultimately responsible for the payment of all dues and fees associated with his/her participating office(s).

Once MLS Now Membership receives your application, it will be verified for all required information, and then sent to your noted Board for approval. Once approval is received your information will be entered into MLS Now’s database, and you will be notified of your acceptance date. It usually takes 2-3 business days to process your application.

All new Participants and their affiliated agents/appraisers will be assigned a temporary password to access MLS Now; however, all new agents, and reinstated agents who have not previously been a user of MLS Now within the past year must complete the Introduction to MLS class within 30 days of being added or reinstated to the MLS.  Failure to take this required training within the allotted time will result in your password expiring and the inability to access Matrix.
