MLS Now Transactional Forms Discontinued

We want to make you aware of an important update regarding the forms currently available through MLS Now.

After extensive discussions with our Board of Directors and legal counsel, MLS Now has made the decision to discontinue providing real estate forms to members. This decision, which was nearly unanimously approved by the Board, reflects our responsibility to limit liability and ensure that forms remain under the stewardship of those best equipped to manage legal language and monitor law changes—typically your state or local REALTOR® associations.

What does this mean for you?

• Forms have been removed from MLS Now as of December 17.
• Agents will not be able to download or access these forms going forward.
• If you need access to these forms, please reach out directly to your Broker. Brokers were offered the option to request clean, MLS Now–unbranded versions of the forms for their office.

MLS Now emailed Brokerages with the opportunity to take ownership of the forms, should they wish to continue using them. Brokers who requested the forms received:

• A required disclaimer and indemnification
• Versions with all MLS Now references and metadata removed
• Clean copies of the forms for their internal use
