MLS Now is celebrating 30 years of outstanding and dedicated service from Lori Dean, our employee with the most longevity. Lori began working for the Northern Ohio Regional MLS, which is now MLS Now.  In 1989, she began as NORMLS Non-Computerized Office’s Secretary. At that time, there were over 200 companies that she entered/changed listings for and ran searches for and acted as their support staff.  In 1994, she switched to the membership department within NORMLS where she now is the Senior Membership  Coordinator.  Lori enjoys her one on one contact with new brokers, agents, appraisers, and support staff.  She says, “I’m honored to get the opportunity to guide them during their MLS journey. Even though I’m the Senior Membership Coordinator, I get the best of all worlds. I have experience in Quality Assurance, Billing, Customer Service, and Matrix functionality so I’m able to answer most questions posed to me when a member calls and doesn’t know who to speak to. Being able to provide these services to our members brings me great joy.”

Lori married her high school sweetheart, Bill,  in 1988.  They have 2 grown sons and 2 grandsons.  Lori and Bill live in Parma with their Shih Tzu Belle Pepper Dean.

Lori says, “I wake up every morning excited to come into work. Working with the MLS staff and our entire MLS Now membership brightens my day and puts a smile on my face!”
